JamFactory is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Peter Vaughan and Jane Lomax-Smith to its Board of Directors.
Peter Vaughan is CEO of Business SA and has steered the former Chamber of Commerce through a period of major change to its present enviable position as the leading business organisation in South Australia. Peter will take over in the New Year as Chair of JamFactory’s Board from Jane Yuile who has completed a
successful six-year term in the role.
Peter is a Governor of the State Theatre Company of SA and board member of the Cancer Council and the WorkCover Corporation. He is also a member of the Training and Skills Commission and a member of CEDA’s State Advisory Council
Jane Lomax-Smith has made a significant contribution to public life in South Australia having been a Councillor and Lord Mayor for the City of Adelaide and a Cabinet Minister in State Government with key portfolios in Education and Tourism. Jane is currently chairing a review of Higher Education Funding for the Federal Government and is Acting Director of RiAus.
Peter Vaughan and Jane Lomax-Smith join recent appointee, and Commissioner for Integrated Design, Tim Horton on the Board. The JamFactory Board is appointed by the Minister for the Arts – the Premier Mike Rann.
